Dodi has more than 16 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Operations in global, big-pharma companies. Dodi is a business-oriented operations leader with a balanced blend of manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and operational excellence who helps pharmaceutical manufacturing organizations to meet their goals through comprehensive optimization processes directly contributing to the bottom line.

She has developed and successfully executed quality and safety cultural changes, improved employee satisfaction and enhanced organizational mindset changes while focusing on achievements.

Her experience also includes providing daily leadership on all aspects of operation, including EH&S, Project Management, Customer Satisfaction, QA, Engineering, MS&T, HR, Finance, and Maintenance. Dodi holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and a master’s degree in Environmental Engineering

Patrick Lim is a Finance leader with over 30 years of experience in the biotech, life science, and mining industries in both public and private companies. He has held Vice President, Finance roles in the healthcare sector in Medicago Inc., Evolve Biologics, and MDS Inc. (LifeLabs, Nordion, Sciex). His experience in clinical research, commercial manufacturing, new facility construction, strategic business opportunities, financial planning and reporting, global controllership, and ERP systems design and implementation are key for AtomVie.

He has a track record of consistently delivering on operational and strategic initiatives, producing accurate and timely results, and leading high performing finance teams.

Patrick is a Chartered Professional Accountant and has the Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP) designation with the American Institute of CPAs. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of British Columbia.

Pratibhash (Bosh) Chattopadhyay brings over 25 years of expertise in the life sciences industry, spanning various healthcare segments and therapeutic modalities. He has successfully led the commercialization of innovative oncology technologies, along with other advanced medical technology platforms. His extensive knowledge in contract development and manufacturing, formulation development, and advanced drug delivery has significantly contributed to strategic development, commercialization, and market success in the pharmaceutical industry. Bosh's experience in delivering patient-focused solutions across small molecules, biologics, and cell & gene therapies has driven impactful outcomes for multiple pharmaceutical partners and the broader healthcare industry.

Bosh holds a Doctorate in Chemical Engineering from Auburn University and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. He has authored numerous publications, holds multiple patents in drug delivery and nanotechnology, and has held leadership roles at organizations like DuPont (FMC Health & Nutrition), BASF Corporation, Catalent Pharma Solutions, Matica Bio and others.

Rezwan Ashique has transitioned into AtomVie as the Vice President of Operations from the same role at CPDC.  Mr. Ashique joined CPDC in 2013 and held several progressive roles over the past 9+ years.  As the Head of the Operations, he oversees the process development/validation programs, routine manufacturing and overall supply chain at AtomVie.  Prior to joining CPDC, he led the establishment of the PERs Facility of Lantheus Medical Imaging in Mississauga, Ontario. Mr. Ashique holds an Hon. B.Sc. in Chemistry with a minor in Economics and an M.Sc. in Radiochemistry.  He has over 20 years of extensive experience in development, validation and routine manufacturing of sterile and ready-to-use diagnostic and therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals.

Selma brings to AtomVie over 30 years of experience in the areas of Quality, Regulatory, Development, CMC and Operations of both small and large molecules across a wide range of dosage formats and therapeutic indications. She has developed and commercialized numerous pharmaceutical, including radiopharmaceutical, products.

A strategic leader with strong business acumen, she has a proven track record in building and enhancing GXP quality systems and operations for companies and products in development through launch and management of regulatory agency and pre-approval inspection readiness. She has championed GMP remediation efforts ensuring inspection readiness and consistent compliance. Leading by example and using collaborative management skills, Selma has established high-performance, multi-disciplinary teams of diverse backgrounds who were focused, engaged and empowered.

Prior to joining AtomVie, Selma most recently was the Executive Director (Head of Quality) for ANI Pharmaceuticals Canada and VP, Quality and Regulatory at Tyme Inc. She holds a combined specialist degree in Chemistry and Biochemistry from the University of Toronto.

Angela Lauretani has transitioned to AtomVie’s Leadership Team as the Senior Director of Finance and Administration from CPDC. Angela began working for CPDC as the Finance Controller in 2015 and transitioned to the Leadership team in 2018. In her current role, Ms. Lauretani is responsible for the Finance operations of AtomVie, including budgeting and commercialization efforts. She also oversees the Corporate Governance of the organization and the IT & Administration departments.

Angela has over 15 years of experience in financial management, previously employed by a publicly traded company (NYSE) for 10 years and began her professional career in public accounting with KPMG, where she obtained her Chartered Accountant, CA, CPA designation. Angela holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University.

Constantinos Economou has transitioned into AtomVie as the Senior Director of Engineering and the Head of the new Facility Delivery Team. Constantinos is currently leading the construction and setup of AtomVie’s new state-of-the-art radiopharmaceutical CDMO facility.  Constantinos joined CPDC in 2010 holding various leadership roles in Engineering, and Manufacturing Operations.  Prior to joining CPDC Constantinos spent 11 years in the automotive sector leading manufacturing operations and projects in high-capacity manufacturing lines and automated systems. Over his 20+ Engineering career Constantinos has developed extensive expertise in automation systems, radiopharmaceutical facilities construction, commissioning, operations, and engineering. Constantinos is a Professional Engineer and holds an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering as well as a Master of Science in Advanced Manufacturing from the University of Salford, Manchester, UK.

Ghadeer Shubassi transitioned into AtomVie’s Leadership Team as the Director of Business Development from the same role at CPDC. Ghadeer leads a Business Development team that is focused on client acquisitions, partnerships, marketing and communications. She joined CPDC on November 2019 as the Manager of Business Development and was promoted to the Associate Director in 2022. Prior to CPDC, Ghadeer gained experiences in commercialization of antibodies and biologics (at former CCAB: The Centre for The Commercialization of Antibodies & Biologics) as well as cell and gene therapies (at CCRM: Centre for Commercialization of Regenerative Medicine). She has 15+ years of professional experience in life sciences, with a focus on anti-cancer drugs. Ghadeer holds a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Toronto followed by a post-doctoral fellowship in cancer signaling pathways at the FIRC Institute of Molecular Oncology; IFOM (Milan, Italy).

Patrick Ruddock joined AtomVie’s parent company, CPDC, in 2011 as a Regulatory Affairs Associate and moved into his current role as Director, Regulatory and Clinical in 2022. Currently Patrick is responsible for all regulatory and clinical research activities at AtomVie. This includes investigational and commercial product submissions for AtomVie and its clients, interactions with regulators, establishment licensing, clinical trial management, pharmacovigilance, regulatory strategy and risk assessment.

Patrick has over 14 years’ experience with both CMC and clinical aspects of regulatory affairs, including working with radiopharmaceuticals, biologics and medical devices. He holds a M.Sc. (Microbiology) from the University of Ottawa and a post-graduate certificate in Regulatory Affairs from Humber College.

Jake Hasan, is an HR executive with over 20 years of business and HR experience in multiple industries including life sciences, manufacturing, consumer goods, and pulp and paper, with passion for aligning the people strategies with the business goals, enabling growth and success by engaging, motivating, and developing the most critical asset –People-.

Jake is a member of HRPA Ontario as a Certified Human Resources Executive (CHRE), holds a degree in industrial engineering, and diplomas in various HR topics. He is a dedicated father who enjoys travel and helping others.
